Jay Rock’s debut album “Follow me Home” is a testament to the Watts neighborhood that shaped him. Filled with nostalgia, the lyrics conjure not only a sense of pride in his ability to transcend circumstances but his satisfaction in returning home a hero.

Our approach to packaging is to engage the viewer by escalating the narrative as they move through the experience. We approached this project as a study of a man and the environment that shaped him. The viewer is immediately confronted by Jay Rock’s strong lyrical content along with a smattering of compelling photography that gives structure to his surroundings.
